Rigid security controls provide both physical and cyber security. Only those persons assigned to your account, and with knowledge of your client code, can access your files. Files are backed up on a daily basis using the latest technology available and securely stored off-site.

Multi-Employer Plans

The William C. Earhart Company, Inc. is a recognized leader in Multi-Employer (Taft Hartley/Labor Management) administration. Since 1951 the founder and/or the firm has been involved in the day to day administration of multi-employer plans. All aspects of administration are within the expertise of the company and its personnel.

We are able to accommodate all different types of eligibility formulas; from flat monthly contributions to cents per hour contribution; from hour banks to dollar banks.

Health Plans

Since 1954 the William C. Earhart Company has been adjudicating health claims on behalf of our clients. We have the expertise in medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, audio and short term and long term disability to handle your total claims processing. We adjudicate claims on behalf of insured and self-insured clients. We are fully HIPAA compliant and protect your health information as if it were our own.

Saving and Reimbursement

We administer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) as well as Medical Reibursement Accounts (MRA). We are one of the first to administer an HRA for a Multi-Employer Plan.

The William C. Earhart Company does it all when it comes to the administration of defined benefit plans. That can include billing employers, maintaining records of employees work history, periodic benefit and vesting statements, benefit calculations, pension processing and payments, year-end tax filings, and assistance with plan booklets.

Defined Contribution Plans

Defined contribution plans have grown considerably over the last couple of decades and so has the technology and expertise of the William C. Earhart Company. Whether your plan includes participant investment selection and direction or you as the Trustee or Sponsor are making the investment decisions the proper and accurate accounting of the participant’s account balance is of prime importance. Whether it is a simple pooled investment or an entire range of funds to select from our defined contribution accounting system can handle it all.

Whether you have a 401(k) Plan, a Profit Sharing Plan, or a Money Purchase Plan we can take care of the administrative burden for you. Periodic and Year end discrimination testing, participant loans, and daily or monthly valuations are all duties that we can take off your hands.
